I could only find out the calories for Smirnoff Ice (230 cals) and Bacardi Breezers (180cals) so I would say those amounts, give or take. Considering the amount of alcohol you get in them the calories aren't worth it; there's a reason I stopped drinking them. When I go out I stick to spirits with low calorie mixers like diet coke or tonic (a shot of vodka or whisky is only 51 calories), maybe a glass of dry white wine (those this is still quite calorific).

too many if you are trying to be careful to the calories intake. in both drinks are not important the amount of calories but the empty calories or better those associated with alcohol (full shot of calories: 4.5 cal each gram of alcohol) to this you nedd to add 4.5 cal each gram of sugar and the extra calories of the munchies you take when you are drunk. the only difference is that all the other foods have nourishment while alcohol gives you only the calories without any nourishment
