What exactly is the rule, where is it stated, and why is following it of benefit to the human body? I am referring to the practice of having seperate pots, knives & cutting boards for vegetarian; dairy-and meat-based products. Also, why is pork considered the most dangerous meat to eat?

A man at work told me that fizzy water is bad for you as it is carbonated, but in a recent bid to stop the boozing, I have begun to drink loads of the stuff. Can somebody please tell me if the fizzy is bad or not as then I can go to the man at work and inform him that he is a nincompoop.

I bought a bag of linseeds and I realized I don't know many recipes with this ingredient, usually I eat them raw over salad, or stews. Can anyone give me some healthy recipes with linseeds? (vegetarian recipes, if possible)

I'm so *bored* with sandwiches! Plus whenever I buy something at the shop it's always the same thing (I'm a vegetarian) and it has an insane number of calories in it.
Am I stuck in a rut or are there any creative meal ideas that will keep me ticking over until 5.00pm?

I'm interested in learning more about the macrobiotic diet and the principles behind it and proper food combining. I need a resource (book or website) that could help me understand it, something that details the plan that is easy to understand. If you could recommend something, I would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks :)

Alot of people i know think im crazy for having baked beans with my roast dinner but i love it. Infact in my opinion a roast is not a roast without baked beans!

Whos with me?

I spose if i dont say someone will ask: My roast would be meat - lamb, beef, pork or turkey, roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding, carrots, gravy. Often pees and brocali too... and ofcourse baked beans.

I want to make something fast & easy with just some mince meat, onion, salt, pepper, etc.

Look, I'm a guy. Most of us can't cook. So no difficult stuff ok.

My plan is to do the thing with the mince then to put the cooked mince thing on some bread with some cheese.

Doesn't have to be brilliant.
