I used to have an Indian boyfriend and had many meals cooked by his mother. I have never found a recipe that tastes anything like the wonderful curries she would cook up. Please could an Indian mum give me a recipe for a real traditional home cooked curry that I miss and have spent many years to replicate.

I am a Port lover. Thick, aromatic and absolutely delicious. I am fairly new to wine, basically focusing on the dessert wines. All of my friends have tried my now favorite Port and are aghast. How can you like this, Neeta?

Most that I have tried are delicious. Anyone out there with me? If I understand correctly, sweet wines are unfashionable. I don't give a damn about that. Is this the reason people are turning their noses up?

I am also willing to take any recommendations on wine that you've tried and really enjoyed. Preferrably on the sweeter side. Thanks.

I'm cooking pork chops tonight and I fancy trying butter beans (or Lima beans outside UK!) to go with them. My mum used to cook them plain and they were so, so bland and that really turned me off them. I'm sure they could be made more interesting. Any ideas? I think they'd taste nice with parsley, but I'm not sure how to get them there!
