Someone puts a drug in your drink so that you aren't able to resist when they try to rape you.

It's when someone puts alcohol or drugs into your drink without you knowing. Unfortunately this happens alot and often ends in date rape. Just make sure you see the barman pour the drink and keep your drink in your hand at all times and you should be ok. Never leave your drink unattended.

It has something added - more alcohol or drugs. It happened to my nephew. He had amphetamines dropped in his Coke. The guys who did it then started hassling him. He is 6ft 2" tall and works out - and the amphetamines gave him even more strength. He knocked both of them down with one punch! Then spent the night in hospital trying to get activated charcoal in to his stomach to soak up the speed. A lesson to be learned - don't leave your drink - drink out the bottle if necessary - and don't spike a guys drink - unless you are sure you can handle him!

It used to mean putting alcohol in a non-alcoholic drink. Like adding "something" to the punch at a high school dance.
But more recently it also means somebody adding a drug to a drink that is already alcoholic, generally without the knowledge of the person who is drinking it.

I know first hand what it means. Its when some a**hole puts a drug in your drink. Most likely to get you to pass out and take advantage of you. No one took advantage of me but I dont remember the whole night and I had one margarita. I can usually drink alot!!!!!!
