Crack an egg into a very small dish, stab the yolk, pop it in the microwave, zap it til it is done to your liking, then make soldiers out of either bread or toasted bread, dip them in the yolk, then eat the rest of the egg. My microwave is a 900w power. My eggs cook in around half a minute. Drink a glass of juice/water/milk etc if you want. And an item of fruit on the go. It all adds up to healthy stuff.
Another one is: 2 Weetabix biscuits in a dish, enough boiling water from the kettle to moisten them and warm them through at the same time, a good splash of evaporated milk and a spooonful of sugar. Mosh it up, it's like hi-fibre reddybrek.

Apples... if you are running late, and you need that little "pick-me-up" apples have a natural sorce of caffine in them. I wouldn't eat a filling breakfast, because, personally, being really full makes me even more tired. Just grab an apple on your way out the door next time. :)

A bowl of porrige with milk or water in the micro-wave! 2 1/2 minutes flat. You could add something like honey or milk, or if like me you prefer savoury. The night before fry up some onions, garlic, bacon lardons and mushrooms and loads of black pepper and re-heat that and add it to your porrige. Enjoy.
