I want to make something fast & easy with just some mince meat, onion, salt, pepper, etc.

Look, I'm a guy. Most of us can't cook. So no difficult stuff ok.

My plan is to do the thing with the mince then to put the cooked mince thing on some bread with some cheese.

Doesn't have to be brilliant.

Sounds EXACTLY like a Sloppy Joe:

1 pound minced meat
1 large onion chopped
1/2 cup jarred BBQ sauce OR
(or 1/2 cup Catsup, 2 Tablespoons Mustard, 1 Tablespoon Sugar)
Skip the salt and pepper

Brown meat in skillet, add onion, cook til golden. Add sauce. Heat through. Done.

The best thing you can do is get a tin of chopped tomatoes an onion and some garlic. Chop the garlic and onion, fry for 5 mins the mince adding the galic, onion, salt and pepper. Put the chopped toms in a sauce pan and heat up. When the toms have started to heat, add the mince etc to the chopped toms, then put on a very low heat cover the saucepan and leave like that for the best part of an hour. Check it every 15mins. The long you leave it the bestter the mince will taste. Mince usually tastes of nothing unless you cook it for along time at a very low heat in a sauce of some kind.

Cook it like you said then roll out some flan pastry cut into strips and roll the mince into them, bake in a oven on 180c. for twenty minutes or until done. While your waiting, boil some potatoes up in a saucepan for twenty minutes and also heat some mint peas up in a microwave for five minutes on high, (five minutes before the spuds and mince rolls are done, that way they are all done together) Result? Delicious!!!! Make sure your beer is on the table at the same time!!!!

I am making this myself, brown mince and onion, drain of excess fat, then I add a can of spaghetti - you know the one in the can in the tomato sauce -Heinz. This makes a very quick spaghetti bolognaise and I always serve it on toast
