I only use tea bags and boil them and I just use a coffee creamer. The taste is alright/tolerable but I am hoping to find a perfect recipe?

Ideas are greatly appreciated!

Is it the law that they have use it? With their arm stretched out behind them like a rodeo rider. And why so much? By a drizzle they mean at least a litre, by a splash they mean a gallon. All of the food must taste the same, like olive oil soup. Is it really that bad that they have to disguise it so blatantly. Oh, by the way, please don't bother with the obvious popeye jokes, thank you.

I had someone respond to one of my questions yesterday, and i need help with one of the items i need:

Old-fashioned Meat Loaf- A.K.A "Basic" Meatloaf
Recipe courtesy Paula Deen

1 pound ground beef
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 egg, lightly beaten
8 ounces canned diced tomatoes with juice
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats

It calls for quick-cooking oats... what are these? Should i just get regular quick cooking oatmeal?

I have got recipes for this before off the net, but these have always been based around hoisin sauce - which gives the end dish a brown colour.

I am looking for a recipe to produce a dish that at the end is a beautiful red colour, with a sticky, sweet/spicy flavour. I have this dish regularly and would love to know how it is made. I normally have it with King Prawn, but sometimes with chicken.

Thank you for your help.

I had some friends show me a book on methods, recipes, and ways of taking beans, nuts and seeds of all kinds and turning them into a milky texture. Then a coagulant is added to this milky format to "cheese" it just like they put coagulant in soy milk to make tofu. I can't remember the name or author of the book. I don't know how to look it up anywhere. The book may have come out at least ten or fifteen years ago. I am looking for someone who has heard about this book.
