i want to make frozen somosas at home and store it in freezer , when reguired i want to bake them in oven . does i need to use any preservatives to make somosas like that

No I know someone who does this. They make mini samosas and keep them in the freezer and bake them when guests arrive.

You can make the dough for the outside and the filling and then put them together. Then put them in the freezer in freezer storage bags. They should stay good for a few months.
