I'm interested in making whole wheat bread. Do the machines work well? Do they save money over buying loaves of bread? Are they simple to use, do they work well and are they easy to clean?

Thanks.

I eat cabbage, sprouts and peas,
Chunks of broccoli slip down with ease.
Carrots and beetroots leave me cold
And as for turnip its just too gold
But a problem has just ocurred to me
If I go on like this will become a tree?

The best answer will be in rhyme.

I've been fiddling with potato types, additional ingredients, etc, and it's becoming increasingly clear that my potato salad problems lie with the dressing.

Any tips?

I am a Canadian living in Vancouver. I visited Britain in 2005 and had the best Dolcelatte pear and gorgonzola tart (savory not sweet) served at the Red Lion Inn in or near Farningham. I would really love to have the recipe if anyone can find it.

I was chased by a dog and bitten on the calf last month while running in the neighborhood. I didn't know who the dog belongs to(no tag, not on leash, but has a collar) and was not able to hold the person accountable for it.

So it is legal for me to injure or even kill a charging dog not on leash if I decide to carry a knife for protection?
