You can do little mini cheesecakes. Get some of the silver foil cupcake liners, put a vanilla wafer in the bottom and spoon the cheesecake mix into them until they are about 2/3 full. You'll probably knock 5 - 10 minutes off the baking time by having them in cupcake liners. Open a can of cherry pie filling and put 3 cherries with sauce on the top of each one. These are awesome and everyone will love them - I promise! (plus, being close to valentine's day it will carry well). Another idea is miniature cream puffs. Your regular cookbook probably has a recipe for these delicate pastries. Fill them with the cook & serve chocolate pudding and dust confectioners sugar on top just before serving. These are my two best finger food desserts that I can whip up easy and always get a ton of compliments on. Good luck!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aOfiP
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

My new favorite is mini crabcakes. The recipe is on the tin of lump meat crab (find it in the meat section). The recipe is just wonderful as is, but I do add a drop or two of hot sauce.
I add a dollop of relish on top of each, it really adds something that lemons, tartar sauce or cocktail sauce just can't beat.
Relish:
1 crisp apple, such as McIntosh or Granny Smith, finely chopped
1/4 red onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries, chopped
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
combine all ingredients. That's it.

Miniature cheesecakes.
Found in the frozen dessert isle at your grocery store. Slice up some berries or bring over chocolate sauce to drizzle over the miniature pieces. Some mini cheese cakes are already dipped in chocolate.
Mini eclairs
Mini cream puffs
