You mean like an Alfredo sauce? Heavy cream, egg, grated cheese and salt and pepper to taste.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 cup milk

Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour (you can choose to cook this a while, if you want to add color and a nuttier taste to the sauce). Add milk, reduce heat to low, and stir until the mixture thickens.

At this point, you can add other flavorings if you wish, such as grated cheddar, for mac & cheese, or some parmesan, to make an alfredo sauce.

Too easy... try something a little more subtle.
