I had some friends show me a book on methods, recipes, and ways of taking beans, nuts and seeds of all kinds and turning them into a milky texture. Then a coagulant is added to this milky format to "cheese" it just like they put coagulant in soy milk to make tofu. I can't remember the name or author of the book. I don't know how to look it up anywhere. The book may have come out at least ten or fifteen years ago. I am looking for someone who has heard about this book.

Perhaps this is the book. I am surprised at the price. It seems expensive. Is it a collectors item? I couldn't find it at any local libraries. There is a Bean Bible site, but I didn't see exactly what I was looking for.
