Maybe you need to put some discipline in to your kids lives
if they don't like whats to eat
then they don't eat.
show the pictures of third world counties and how the kids are starving and how they have to eat dirt some times.

here is my idea make a whole week of food they don't like and see what happens in about three of four days. no dinner no snacks, to their bedroom and do home work and then bed

but your kid bed room look like most hotel rooms i bet TV, computer, play station, phone,

you need to show your kids who is in charge
kids aren't fussy they just like playing their parents and you let them
you should be ashamed at your self

have a nice day

i want chix tenders, i want popcorn with chocolate sauce on it for dinner, i want the bottom part of the soda can, pour the top part down the sink the bottom has more flavor mommy

I found out if you can possibly get the kids involved in the cooking process they will generally eat what they make, if you make the whole thing fun :-)

Mine would love to make Pizza's, Pasta, Burgers, Mexican Wraps, Stuffed baked potatoes, Pies, Buns and bread to name a few.
Good Luck :-)

Due a theme night such as Italian,Mexican,Chinese etc. Try to find the simple basic foods and serve with things they do like such as fruit or salad or garlic bread.

what kind of thing do you normally eat? or should i ask what wont they eat? i tend to agree with what some ppl have said, bout just letting them go hungry till they eat it, didnt do me any harm when i was a kid and i'll try anything now. hmmmmmmm i would even go as far to say i have a bad case of cupboard love lol

You should honestly try to see what you feed first and avoid that for awhile, you can possibly give them Roasted Duck, Beef Mushroom is always good, Indian curry is good too, i would just go to any different levels just make a different food

ever considered cooking as opposed to just opening stuff...

cheese and potato pie
pasta dishes
chilli
curry...

all dead easy..almost no skills required.. and if the kids are fussy, wait until theyre hungry... they will eat. youve just got to NOT give in to them.

this works for us...

go to www.kraft.ca they have a section that you just type in 3 ingredients your kids like and the website finds the rest...when vegetables are concerned break out the old food processor and hide them in everything. or go to www.foodtv.com and look foa show called just one bite it has recipes and tips for picky eaters.

If you're children won't eat their vegetables, try serving them raw - some kids prefer it!

Baked potatoes with beans often go down well.

Eat your kids. That should solve the problem rather neatly.
