is their more white or yolk in a jumbo egg compared to a medium egg?

Eggs are graded by the size of the yolk - hence a large egg has a smaller yolk than an extra large egg.....Hope this helps!!

of course a jumbo egg is bigger compared to a medium one...but i think i bought jumbo eggs once and when i cracked them all of them had two yolks..so i guess jumbo eggs have more yolks than medium eggs...
