natural fruit juices?

While you've forgotten natural drinks like juice and milk in your scheme---you could say that.

Then again it all depends on what you want to classify as a "type" of drink. You could say that alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks are the 2 types and go even further. You could split up hot and cold drinks into caffeinated and not caffeinated. Etc. Etc. These categorizations are all about perception, not reality.

There are only two, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Hot and cold are matters of temperature, not type. After all, a hot drink will cool down and you can heat up a cold drink.
