why do people make such a fuss about how you handle meat, e. coli, etc yet people are always eating sushi which is raw? maybe there's something I dont know but I was just wondering

I volunteer in a soup kitchen and we have no luck cooking rice and having it turn out decent. It always ends up really sticky. We cook enough for 100 people at a time. Any suggestions on how to have our rice turn out right would be very much appreciated. Thank you. (-:

I'm just going to use Ragu with mushrooms or veggies.
Then Ricotta cheese mixed with spinach and mozzarella.
Then top with Parmesan.

Anything else I should do? Should I use the cheeses differently?

For me, I was gob-smacked when I found out that bean feast chilli mix has milk powder in? Why on Earth would you put that in a chilli non carne mix!! Salt and Vinegar Walkers crisps (potato crisps) IMHO they don't need to contain any milk powder !!

1)Is it ok to boil milk?
I heared that milk sold in stores is a very unhealthy product because it contains various chemicals that are intended for longer preservation. Basically, this is not the kind of milk you'd be drinking fresh at a farm.
Moreover, when milk is boiled it becomes even more unhealthy because the chemical structure of the "preservative ingredients" in the milk changes making it even worse for a human body.
Any of this true? Educated answers only please!

2)What is the weakly norm for eggs? How much is too much? Why?

3)Is there any studies pointing to the idea that eating foods that were cooked or reheated in microwaves for prolonged periods of time can make a person illl or bring on various deseases such as cancer? Links please?
