A ten pound 4 layer double chocolate decadent cake. With chocolate frosting.
As a slice is removed place in the microwave for 10 seconds--just long enough to start the frosting to slightly melt down.
Then look out for the pimples to pop out.

I beleive it's called a tortellini it consists of the following ingredients: German Chocolate cake on the bottom, several scoops of chocolate ice cream, whipped cream with chocolate syrup, and some nuts.
I've only been able to get it in Little Italy, but man re they good!
