Wrap in non-stick foil and put on whatever seasonings you like! Add veggies too, if you wish. I would go 350 for about 20-30 minutes depending on how big it is. Keep an eye on it.
You don't want to cook it as long as the first answer says, you did say boneless/skinless. Obviously she missed that part.

Here are some basic recipes to help you on your culinary way:
Busy Day Chicken
4 boneless/skinless breasts
1 egg

1 pack Uncle Dan's Classic Ranch
Beat the egg. Mix the parmesan and the Uncle Dan's. Dip the chicken in the egg, then the parm-Dan's mix. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 425 for 35-45 minutes.

Stove top stuffing Chicken

I like to pound my boneless breasts with a meat mallet to tenderize it. It makes a huge difference!! I put in between two pieces of wax paper, set it down in my sink, and pound away.
Also you can soak chicken breasts in whole milk, buttermilk, or yogurt to tenderize it and ensure that it stays moist when you cook it. It doesn't add flavor, so you'll still want to season the meat. The enzymes in the dairy product break down the tough muscle fibers in the breast.

350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cook in some kind of liquid...best to marinate and use the marinade to bake it in so it doesn't dry out. I use garlic, olive oil, rosemary and lemon pepper....yum!
