I'm a fitness managment major in college and I would like to say that I agree with some of what these people say. It is true that vegetables have a tremendous amount of calcium typically green leafy ones especially spinach, if you have a sweet tooth might I suggest chocolate calcium chews...(I know bad thing for a fitness managment major to say) yogurt and cheese are better sources of calcium than just milk. Cereal bars do have calcium in them but another route you may want to go is G.O.A.T. food & beverage companies energy bars they 're new on the market and only on college campuses at the moment but they have as much calcium as a 8 oz glass of milk and are 150 calories or less a piece Now that my litte ad schpeel is done

Make sure you do not eat a massive amount of iron because iron interferes with the absorption of calcium into the body and sadly spinach has a tremendous amount of iron

There are other ways to get calcium and all of the benefits of dairy products. For example, do you eat yogurt or cheese? Broccoli has calcium, too. I'm sure many veggies do. Many juices are now fortified with calcium and vitamin D, and cereal bars often have those things too. If you like cottage cheese, that's a good choice as well.

The truth is, we get enough calcium from the other parts of our diet. Milk is not our sole calcium provider and as long as you eat a full range of vegetables then chances are, you're getting enough of most vitamins. A good tip is to eat all different colors, bright is best. It you're still concerned, you can take a supplement, but people often forget and it becomes a waste of money.

I would ask a doctor, but if you are worried, there are plenty of calcium supplements. All milk has the same amount of calcium, so the fact that it is fat free isn't a big deal.

You can also buy orange juice or other juices with calcium added. I think you are fine.

if you are afraid you aren't getting enough then take calcium vitamins. Take in consideration of the cheese you eat, yogurt, anything that has vitamin-d
