1)Is it ok to boil milk?
I heared that milk sold in stores is a very unhealthy product because it contains various chemicals that are intended for longer preservation. Basically, this is not the kind of milk you'd be drinking fresh at a farm.
Moreover, when milk is boiled it becomes even more unhealthy because the chemical structure of the "preservative ingredients" in the milk changes making it even worse for a human body.
Any of this true? Educated answers only please!

2)What is the weakly norm for eggs? How much is too much? Why?

3)Is there any studies pointing to the idea that eating foods that were cooked or reheated in microwaves for prolonged periods of time can make a person illl or bring on various deseases such as cancer? Links please?

Look up the word pasteurized. Most milk sold in stores is pasteurized unless marked otherwise. The pasteurizing process suposedly kills germs etc. that might end up killing us. But, there are a lot of folks that don't believe in that process, so they drink the stuff that hasn't been. Milk straight from the cow's utter can't be beat, but then you run the risk of ingesting the hormones and other chemicals given to the cow to produce more milk etc. As for eggs, three a week is usually a good practice, unless you do something like Egg Beaters. The yolk contains the cholesteral linked with heart disease. The jury's still out on foods cooked in microwaves causing cancer. What they have discovered, though, is that those plastic containers we used to nuke things in have a chemical conversion when heated in a microwave and produce carcinogens. And, grilling meat to the point of charring has also been knows to be carcinogenic. So, there you have it.

1)Its OK to boil milk
boiling milk kills all them bacteria that will later spoil it.
this helps the milk stay on shelves longer
notin wrong with that, only once it spoils, its like poison, cuz heating it also kills off the good bacteria. Back then, only super spoiled milk was dangerous. spoiled milk was used for makin other foods.
Also, the milk does have chemicals, but name a food these days that doesn't have chemicals. My grandparents who live in Poland let me drink super-fresh milk and it tastes WAYYY better. Nonetheless, milk is healthier than pop, Gatorade, etc. And if your obsessed with health, you can't drink water all day. Even that has chemicals.
2) dont get it
3)The only reason microwaves were invented was to make heating faster, not healthier. All foods and drinks are less healthy from a microwave. a link? here

anything that goes in the microwave is heats from the inside out. You make hot chocolate when u heat milk but the key here is to the right temp.another thing is never eat something that you have heated once already you will get sick from the bacteria that was heated with the food fresh milk is worst than the one u get at the store unless u know what to do first before drinking it

you might as well boil all your food these days. im lactose intolerant.myself, so i couldnt tell you to boil or not. eggs last quite a while in the fridge. as far as reheating and re-refridgerating your food isnt good for the food. the temperature flucuations cant be good for the molecular structure and probably wouldnt taste that good. im not opposed to eating a cold slice of pizza once in a while.
