I routinely put cream and lemon into my tea. I drink hearty black teas, though, most of the time, and I prefer the flavor enhanced by the cream.

I like a little bit of milk or half-and-half when I drink tea. Sometimes the bitterness of tea is unpleasant for me, and the milk makes it more palatable and comforting. This applies especially to black teas, but also to green and herbal teas occasionally too. Just depends on the flavor and my mood. I know that milk/cream in tea is traditional and pretty common in England. I'm not sure about other places or cultures though.

I drink tea with milk because it tastes foul to me without it, but I've been brought up to drink tea with milk. Personally I don't like herbal teas, and I sure wouldn't drink camomilla with milk, but there's nothing to stop you trying it!

I drink some blends of tea with milk, some with lemon, some with cinnamon, and some without any thing added. It depends upon which blend I am drinking. Some blends of Assam are harsh without milk, and a lot of green teas are so subtle that even lemon will spoil them. At the moment I am drinking pu-ehr a subtle oolong blend which today I am enjoying without milk or lemon but will go with either.
It could be possible to drink camomile tea with milk I guess, I have not tried this myself.

My Mum started me on tea when I was a baby, with lots of milk though. Now I am a complete addict and get headaches if I don't drink a few cups a day!

I usually add milk if I'm drinking English Breakfast tea. But other than that, I don't add milk to any other types of tea.

Tea with milk is very good. Don't add sugar though. Or black is good too. Milk seems to dilute the strong taste of the tea.

I only drink tea without milk when I dine out at an Asian restaurant or it's iced. Otherwise I have to have milk or cream or half n half.
