Can anyone please explain how to cook with peppers. In some recipes they call for certain peppers that I am not familiar with. For instance, if it calls for jalapeño chiles from a jar can I use other varieties and how much do I use? If I can't find a fresh one in our store how do I know what else to buy? Is there a pepper strength scale? Thanks for your help.

I know I've seen it before, but when I looked in the pasta and sauce aisle it wasn't there anymore. Was it moved? ..or do they just not sell them in groceries anymore?

Does anyone know what aisle I can find jarred pesto in because sometimes I'm just too lazy to chop and buy all those ingredients.
Thanks.

I heard there's a condition (can't remember what it's called) that can be deadly and is caused by drinking too much water. I currently drink 5 to 6 full glasses (16 ounce glasses) of water a day which works out to 80 to 96 ounces daily. Is this amount ok or am I drinking too much? O yea and I wanted to add, I don't know if this will make a difference in the answer or not, that I'm currently 8 months pregnant. Thanks
