Cut some chicken breast into slices and stir fry it in olive oil with sliced bell peppers (it's tastier if you use both red and green) and onions. Add some soy sauce, a little red wine (beer works OK too), and some garlic salt and toss it around with a spatula over medium-high heat until the chicken is all the way done.
If you've got some rice, cook that separately then combine them, this stuff goes really good with rice. Kind of like Chinese food, except I don't know exactly what you'd call this. It's good though.

Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn with butter, Buttermilk biscuits. The meatloaf, you get two pounds of hamburger,1 egg, 1/2 cup of milk, two slices of toast and 1 or 1 and 1/2 packets of Mccormick meatloaf seasoning, Put the meat in a bowl add egg, milk, crumbled up toast slices, add the seasoning to your taste at least add one whole packet, then go from there. Roll up your sleaves wash your hands and mix by hand the meat mixture until well blended, shape into a loaf shape put in a 11by 13 or slightly larger baking dish add ketchup to thinly cover the top of the loaf, put tin foil over the top of the dish and put in oven at 375 degrees for at least 2 to 3 hours checking around the hour and a half mark by slicing the meat loaf, if still pink continue cooking until inside is brown. The sides you can use real or fake potatoes that's entirely your choice.

Jeez, can you be a little more specific?
If you're looking for easy one-pot meals, throw some ham and potatoes and green beans into a pot of water and boil until the potatoes are soft. This is surprisingly tasty for something so simple.
If you're looking for a show-stopping tongue-defying foodgasm, try steak au poivre (take some boneless strip steak, coat one side in cracked black pepper, and pan-fry to desired doneness). Use the drippings to make a cream gravy and serve it alongside.
This goes really well with Rice-A-Roni's broccoli au gratin flavour (we tend to make it casserole style, where we cook up the rice-a-roni, throw it in a baking dish with some frozen broccoli, top it with shredded cheese, then bake until everything is hot and the cheese is melted and bubbly).

Well if you're up for it, I made this and it turned out fantastic! It's stuffed fish. This makes 6 servings.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup margarine (Or softened butter)
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 2/3 cups water
1 package croutons (6 ounces, plain or flavored)
2 pounds plain, raw, fish fillets (I used mackerel)
2 tablespoons lemon juice (doesn't have to be fresh)
1/4 teaspoon pepper
WHAT TO USE
9 x 9 inch baking dish
no-stick cooking spray
cutting board
knife
measuring cup
measuring spoons
wooden spoon
paper towels
aluminum foil
DIRECTIONS
To make the stuffing
1.Melt 1/4 cup of margarine over low heat. Add Celery and onion and cook until soft, carefully add water.
2.Add croutons and stir until moistened.
To make the fish
3.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
4.Rinse fish under cold running water. Pat dry with paper towels. (Or if the fish is frozen, set the fish in a bowl of warm water ahead of time to defrost)
5.Spray baking dish with no-stick cooking spray. Put half the fish in the dish.
6. Spoon the stuffing over the fish. Place remaining fish fillets over stuffing.
7.Melt remaining 1/4 cup margarine. Stir in lemon juice and pepper and pour over top layer of fish.
8.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes or until fish pulls apart easily in layers.
And there you have it! It's a wonderful dish, very tasty. Hope it helps!
