Pumpkin is a gourd or squash...maybe not a fruit? So I'll go with watermelon. Even tho' I'd bet there's some exotic fruit out there that we don't know about that could be bigger!

I was going to say watermellon, but they have contests to see who can grow the biggest pumpkin, up to 1000 pounds. So it must be a pumpkin.
