hi I work in a restaurant and the best ceasar dressing is reenes. We use it at work and we sell tons of ceasar salads. Also add fresh parmasean cheese and real bacon bits and your favorite croutons. Get some reenes and give it a try its availiable in most supermarkets

Ken's Ceasar Dressing is the best. Marinate the chicken so it will be tender. Wash the lettuce in cold water and pat dry or put it in a salad spinner.

if you have it in your area, Ken's Steakhouse Creamy or Regular Ceasar dressing is the best. You can find it on the East Coast

Hidden Valley makes a good fat free Ceaser dressing, and I don't even diet, the fat free one just tastes good.
And no, you don't put Ranch dressing on a Ceaser Salad

make your croutons.... cut up a baguette, garlic, use oilive oil, italian seasoning, salt, pepper- toast in an oven @ 350 till perfectly golden. If you use a good store bought make sure it has anchovies or anchovie paste to it also use freshly grated parmesan cheese. Grill your chicken

Yup, I would vote for Rene's too! And it doesn't contain sugar, and is made with canola oil. Very healthy!
