Use chicken or flank steak. Cut into strips. Saute onions and bell pepper in olive oil with a little garlic, pepper, cumin and chili powder. Add the meat. You can add a little more seasoning to your taste. Serve with warm tortillas and other garnishings (salsa, sour cream,. guacamole etc...)

lime juice, garlic and cilantro, sometimes salt & black pepper.
added to meat as a marinade prior to cooking. cook meat in whole pieces, slice before serving. serve in warmed flour tortillas with grilled or sauteed bell peppers & onions. top as you like (i.e. with salsa, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, green onions, chopped tomatoes/jalapenos, etc...)
