Hi whoosher, my normal vegan egg replacement for cakes etc. is apple juice. I can't get enrG egg replacer at Holland and Barrett. I tried using just flour and oatmilk but it wasn't quite right.

Can't you just use a 'normal' recipe but use soy milk instead of cow's milk and replace the egg with one of the following suggestions from the Vegan Society website:

• 1 tbsp gram (chick pea) or soya flour and 1 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp arrowroot, 1 tbsp soya flour and 2 tbsp water
• 2 tbsp flour, ½ tbsp shortening, ½ tsp baking powder and 2 tsp water
• 50g tofu blended with the liquid portion of the recipe
• ½ large banana, mashed
• 50 ml white sauce

Maybe not the banana, unless you're making sweet Yorkshire puds!

Vegan Yorkshire Pudding

My mom makes yorkshire pudding every Christmas, and I've been a vegetarian forever, so she made one for me without the "juice" that was really good. She just omitted it and made the pudding according to the regular recipe. I don't know whether that called for animal ingredients because I wouldn't have objected to milk, eggs, or butter, but I think you could play around with vegan substitutes for all those things and come out with something good. I really liked the one she made for me (though she never thought it was as good as the meaty one). Now, I can't eat wheat, so the whole dish is out the window.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU5wo

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
