green veggies (brocoli, green beens, lima beans, kale, collards, cabbage), milk. try and puts lots of protein (meats) in your diet and it may help, but really everyone grows at their own pace. just be patient

There aren't any foods that will make you grow. Your growth is based on your genetics and your pituitary gland. You're only 15 so you haven't stopped growing yet, don't worry about it. However there are things that can stunt your growth such as drinking, drugs and smoking cigarettes.

I shot up when i was 15. I used to always drink milk with ice cubes in it. Now i am 6ft1 and I am a female. lol But my family is actually tall though....

see anon, how you grow is based on your genes! but a good balanced diet where 1st class proteins are available in good amounts will be the best. see that you do the right amount of exercises also.good luck!

carrots contain vitamin A, which helps to grow and plus you eyesight becomes better
