can you die from eating large amounts of cigerette ends for a week and viniger and brown sauc, the reason i ask is some kid is apparently dying from it.
so can you die from eating this stuff?

it is a possibility he would die without medical care.
but if he is recieving medical care, then i doubt he would die from eating that mix of items. he would just be really really sick

Vinegar and sweet brown sauce can lead to severe dehydration and acidosis of the blood, if enough is consumed. The vinegar is the most acutely toxic I would imagine and it's possible you could live on brown sauce alone long enough to get to the mineral/vitamin deficiency stage. Probably not a lot of protein there.
The dead tobacco and tars may be toxic in sufficient quantities. The inert matter in the buts could cause intestinal obstruction.
Obviously, if your sole nutritional intake is the above it is not a matter of if but when.

Wow...does the kid have pica? A disease that causes a person to eat non-food items. The reason they had to outlaw lead in paint. Otherwise why would a kid do such a thing? I'm sure he could die from nicotine poisoning....al that nicotine & chemicals concentrated into those butts? Wow...poor kid....he's in my prayers.

if smoking can kill you then eating the damn things sure wont do you any good.
so yes. you could easily die. its not normal.plus the sauces are very acidic.
is the child being allowed to die from this. sounds very odd.
