Hi there- I want to cut down on the amount of meat I eat on a daily basis, but I'm violently allergic to soy, so tofu isn't an option for me. Does anyone have any good soy-free vegitatian recipes I could try? I'd prefer something hot to something cold (soups and stir fry instead of salad)
Thanks!

I am a stay at home mom who is going back to work. I'll have to have the kids at school and me at work by 8 in the morning, and I am NOT a morning person. I would love to have something healthy that could be eaten in the car. Any ideas?

I need some good breakfast ideas that are fast and easy to make (and of course that taste good). I rarely eat breakfast but I want to start. Some days I am ready just in time to leave to go to school. So I need an idea that I can make in about two minutes and eat really quick too.

I am 16 years old and have decided to make (or attempt to make) this very important and life changing step. I would LOVE to have my parents support but my family is a group of avid meat eaters. Awhile back I casually brought up how I could see why some would choose to become vegetarians (this was even before my decision) and my dad went ranting on about how people were meant to eat meat...etc. To add to this ever growing dilemma my mother feels that PETA is a radicle group who will do and say anything to get what they want. (Which may or may not be true but I clearly can't bring PETA into the discussion when I finally decide to tell them of my choice.) So I guess what I am really asking is how do I go about starting this discussion and what are some good points that I can bring up to back my decision and allow them to see the good things that go along with becoming a vegetarian? (I want them to understand that it is not just some fad I decided to go along with)
