None. Contrary to popular opinion, there is no federal law mandating a drinking age of 21. However, federal highway funding can be withheld from states that don't enforce a 21-year-old drinking age, effectively blackmailing the states into adopting it.

In the US, the legal drinking age is 21 in all states. You have to go north to Canada to drink at 18, or south to Mexico (also 18 in theory but I've never seen anyone get carded).

Hey, I'm assuming that you are talking about the United States of America. There alcohol law is federal and in every state it is illegal to drink under the age of 21. I'm Canadian, and in Canada alcohol is ruled by provincial legislation, therefore every province sets there own age limit. And only 3 of them are 18. They are:
1)Alberta
2)Manitoba
3)Quebec.
Everywhere else in Canada it is 19.
Also Mexico is 18. Hopefully this was of some aid!

You may also go on a cruise. In international waters the ship basically becomes its own country, and can set there own drinking age limit. For most it is 18

none, its a federal law that you must be atleast 21 before being able to BUY a beer. But you are ALLOWED to dring a beer that has been givin to you for FREE. However you probally wont be able to get one since it is unethical for a grown person to give a free beer to a child/kid/teen.
the reason why this is posible is because in america you are allowed to practice any religion and that in some religions they force you to drink an acholic drink regradless of your age, so congress decided that your only allowed to drink a beer underage only when you have gotten it through a free way.
