Use John W's recipe, but add 3/4 cup of brown sugar on the top, and a layer of 1 cup of ketchup on top of that. It is so tasty!!!

My all-time favorite meatloaf recipe is none other than the one on packages of French's Meatloaf Mix. I always have plenty of ground beef in my freezer so you just mix 2 pounds with the seasoning, an egg, and some milk. Bake it for an hour and it is FANTASTIC!
The last time I was at the store, I grabbed about 15 of those little seasoning packets. It's been a family "recipe" since I was a kid and everyone I've ever served it to raves about it.
*tip* Since mixing the meatloaf ingredients together with your hands can make your hands cold, I like to heat the ground beef in the microwave for about 30 seconds just to warm it first. No more numb fingers!

Combine 2 pounds of hamburger, a couple of slices of bread cut up into very small chunks, teaspoon of salt, 1/2 cup of milk, diced onion if you have it, and an egg. Mold it into a meatloaf shape. Bake at 350 for an hour and a half.
Top with catsup.

meat and ragu, and ripped up bread, and an egg. Mix and make into the shape of a meatloaf. Pour more ragu on top. bake at about 375 for maybe an hour.
The following ingredients can be mixed in as well if you have them:
ham
cheese
italian seasoning

Any of the above suggestions are great.
I'd only add that the meatloaf should not be baked in the oven (that could take 90 minutes!), but shaped into little "chops" and pan-fried, then served with (what else?) ketchup.
Takes minutes, tastes great!

for a quick meatloaf there is a seasoning packet that they sell in the grocery store just for meatloaf and all you have to do is add a egg...or just get some onions and seasons with a egg and do it your self but add a little milk..
