I like microwaved oatmeal, using 1/2 cup of the old-fashioned oatmeal, 1 cup water and a dash of salt. Nuke for 2 minutes. Add 1 teaspoonful of brown sugar and a couple of tablespoons of cream or half and half. If you like, you can add a couple of tablespoons of raisins, chopped dates, or chopped dried apricots, or any other dried fruit you like before nuking. Or, after nuking, stir in 1/4 cup chopped, fresh peaches, or mangos, or whatever else you like in the way of fresh fruit. Or use honey or maple syrup for the sweetener for the oatmeal. Or use a couple of tablespoons of strawberry preserves or marmalade for cooked oatmeal toppers.
I also like to scramble a couple of eggs while I toast two of those frozen toaster waffles for an egg sandwich to eat on the way to work. Or spread the waffles with peanut butter. Or peanut butter and jelly, but sometimes those get messy if you add too much jelly, or the jelly melts. (Sometimes, on a weekend, I'll make and freeze homemade waffles for weekday breakfasts.)
The fastest breakfasts are cereal and milk and fruit, of course, and are pretty unimaginative, unless you have a good selection of fresh fruit around the house. Or you could make and bag breakfast-sized servings of Chex Mix to munch while you get ready for school or on your way to school. You can make up your own version of Chex Mix using your favorite cereals and nuts and seasonings.
Toasted bagels with cream cheese are pretty fast, especially if you get the spreadable cream cheeses. And they come in low-fat and fat-free and in different flavors, too.
Leftover pizza, either re-heated or cold, is one of my favorite fast breakfasts.

If you need quicker ideas maybe the prep is the key:
Precook your meats the night before:
Buy good quality sausage , bacon and put them in Tupperware for the morning.
Chop your veggies :
want to make a western omelet cut up the peppers and onion and ham the night before then add cheese when u cook the egg
Buy Sweet bread : Like Portuguese sweet bread or Hawaiian bread and make french toast . Slice the bread thick and can be made whole and cut up for the kiddies.
Breakfast quiches and a Breakfast lasagna (with white sauce) made the night before and heated up is good too :)
Yogurt and fresh fruit and granola bowls are nice too :)

Microwave oatmeal (plain) and before you eat it, add a spoonful of peanut butter. The oatmeal is an great carb to start the day and the peanut butter has protein to satisfy your hunger and keep you going until lunch. (It also tastes like a peanut butter - oatmeal cookie!)
Another favorite of mine is low fat cottage cheese with blueberries and/or strawberries. If you don't like cottage cheese, try low fat ricotta cheese. I eat this often in the summer when the fruit is fresh, but nowadays, you can get fresh fruit year round. The protein in the low fat cheese slowly raises your insulin levels and keeps you satisfied. The fruit is great to eat for breakfast.
Eating a good breakfast is a great idea! It really helps you keep focused on your school work. Good for you, for wanting to eat something healthy rather than junk food for breakfast.

Top an English Muffin with a slice of your favourite cheese, add a slice of ham or bacon and toast open-faced under the broiler until the cheese starts to melt. Gooey and good!
Your own egg and muffin creation. Poached or scrambled eggs take just seconds in the microwave and make the perfect partner to an English Muffin. Include a spoonful of salsa to add a zesty twist!
Gourmet on the go. Package one or two Fresh Waffles in plastic sandwich bags and your favourite fruit topping in a reusable sealed container. Toast the waffle once you get to work, top it off with your assortment of fruit and enjoy decadence at your desk. Add a spoonful of fruit yogurt for a breakfast parfait!
Brie? Mais oui! Add sliced pears and Brie cheese to a toasted Fresh Waffle for an alternative to syrup.
Brown Betty made easy. Microwave sliced apples with brown sugar and a dab of butter until warm. Serve over a hot fresh waffle.
Pizza for breakfast! Who says you should only eat it at lunch? Top an English Muffin with tomato sauce and all of your favourite toppings. Quick, easy and nutritious
hope these help you they are really awsome ideas.

I normally eat bagels, or frozen breakfast sandwiches. I would probably say that those are the best breakfasts in a hurry (as long as you get a good brand of breakfast sandwich) because you can just pop them in the microwave or toaster and then eat on the go.

Make pancakes & french toast in advance, separate with waxed paper & freeze. Pull a couple out each morning & nuke with a slice of ham. Drizzle a little syrup in the middle & you have a hot breakfast sandwich in about a minute.

My family likes breakfast burritos. I make them when eggs are on sale, freeze them and when they want them they pop them into the microwave for a minute or so. You could even eat them on the run.
Here is the basic recipe, but you use whatever you have on hand.
Use flour burritos or smaller flour tacos. When using taco size I usually wrap a couple together - when using burrito size I wrap individually.
Filling:
Break your eggs into a large microwavable bowl or dutch oven. (I usually use a dozen at a time)
Add whatever meat you wish to add such as diced or finely sliced ham, leftover steak, crumbled pre-cooked sausage, ground beef, etc.
I like to add cilantro, basil, chives, dill weed, whatever herbs I have on hand.
Cheese - your choice. I use at least 8 oz. package of pre-grated cheese or dice or grate whatever I have in fridge. Sometimes I use cream cheese instead or even sour cream.
Add 1/8 cup of cold water or milk.
Beat mixture, cover lightly with saran wrap and microwave 1 minute at a time, stirring between, until cooked to the hardness that you like your eggs. (I prefer mine to be on soft side.).
Spread mixture in strip down one side of taco / burrito. Roll up tightly - with finger dipped in water, wet the edge to seal. Then wrap in saron wrap and place in zip loc. When zip loc is full close and freeze. Remember that I do one burrito size by itself or two smaller ones together.
When ready to make just remove from zip loc, unwrap and place on microwave dish and cover with paper towel and mic. 1 minute or so.
I also make waffles, pancakes, french toast, in massive amounts, freeze on wax paper covered cookie sheets. Once frozen I place in zip locs and remove when ready to use. You can then either re-heat in toaster or microwave.
You can also make "pigs in a blanket" and freeze. Just wrap pancake around a pre-cooked sausage, wrap in saron and freeze in zip loc. Again, remove whatever you want and microwave.
Hope this helped.
