It's hard to tell because her head is kind of big in proportion to her body.
It's kind of sad that everyone is changing their boobs, faces, and bodies these days. The next generation of kids won't look anything like their parents...

I know she's tiny and short, I'd go with a 32 full B. But I'm pretty sure she has those puppies held in with a wonder bra and tape. You can't not stare at them, she always wears shirts that practically go down to her belly button!

I am sorry for not answering your question but I had to suggest no boob job. I worked at a breast cancer center and most of the breast cancer patients were those of boob jobs. See they can not
see the cancer through the implants on the mammogram and it is not worth the risk please think twice.

Yes, she does like to show them off. She is very cute. Is the decision yours or your girlfriend's to have the implants? You sound like an insincere kind of guy. Love her the way she is and tell her NOT to do it.
