I have 6 months experience as an opening bartender,so I prepared the fruit, stocked the bar got it ready before resturant opened.

Rumor has it that a Mandango's will be opening in Folsom. You could try that.
It also depends in if you're looking for a regular bar or a nightclub to bartend at. Pine Cove, Limelight and 2-Me are fun and poplular dive bars, but then you have more of the night clubs like Monkey Bar, Avalon, Empire, etc.
