My mom wants to cook or bake this spiral fully cooked ham. She does not how to do this, she has never "glazed" a ham nor have I. We don't know if we should glaze it or what. Don't know if this matters or not, but it does have a bone in it. So is there anybody out there that could help us with this. By the way, mom is 72, so I am not a kid either my self.

I would like to purchase a program for home use to organize and store my personal recipes. In the future I have thought about publishing a family collection of recipes. What would be the best programs for these uses? I have looked at several and some of these have features that I would not use or are real complicated to use. If you have any suggestions please let me know. Thanks for your help with this. Susan

I am looking for an egg nog recipe from an insert in the Detroit News in the '70's. It was called "Cinnanog". It was made eggs, whipped cream, cinnamon candies, etc. If anyone has this recipe I would really appreciate a copy.
Thanks

I'm more of a beer connoisseur, but I'm trying to broaden my horizons and try wine. I've tried a couple different reds and a couple whites and neither really caught my fancy. I was wondering what is a good wine that is a subtle on the alcohol flavor, but has a good fruity flavor or whatever wine is supposed to taste like.
