You want to put your oven on about 350 and bake it for about 15 - 20 minutes per pound. Add a liquid to keep it from drying out....pineapple juice is great.

I was taught 20 minutes per lb. at 350. But its always best to have a meat thermometer. And cook it untill it reaches 160-170 IN CENTER, NOT TOUCHING THE BONE.

350 and about 17-20 min per pound so you are looking at 3 hrs or till the internal temp of the ham is 165

You need to thaw it first. Given the fact that it's 8 lbs it will probably take a few days. If you absolutely have to have a ham today. Put that one back in the freezer and go buy a fresh one. If you try to bake it frozen, you'll burn the outside while the inside remains uncooked.

assuming that it is spiral cut...i'd put it in the oven at like 350-400 degress for 20 min per pound. make sure you baste the thing with a mixture of pineapple juice, brown sugar, butter and honey.
