i use adagio.com, but recently i went to india, and my sister is now into tea as much as me, so i'd like to find more of a bargain, and i wouldn't mind buying in bulk.

I usually buy from Tea Republic but recently buy from TeaCuppa.com. Better quality, more fresh and slightly cheaper. But I don't think TeaCuppa sell chai (if you are into chai), they have a huge variety of oolong and fruit infusion.
