I live in europe I have a small after class potluck party in my language school.I am planning to make tuna cutlets (made with tuna and mashed potato) in the morning. I start from home by 8.00 and the party starts at 11. There is no way I can reheat the cutlets. Will it be safe and good enough to give? Is it appropriate to take cutlets where everyone are expected to bring some small snack? Thanks

I don't really want any no sugar or low calorie versions...just a great, thick New York style cake that is totally decadent!! Thanks in advance!

Does anyone have a recipe for this. I had some that was based on apple juice rather than wine and tasted better than the original. Thank you.

I am seriously sick of all the stuff I usually cook. I need some new ideas. I don't mind cooking but needs to be reasonably easy to make cos I'm tiered when I get in.

No Turkey or ham suggestions please. My husband doesn't eat pork and we just ate turkey for thanksgiving so I'd rather not have that again. If you suggest something unusual can you include a recipe for it? Thanks to everyone.

I saw a display of chestnuts at the grocery store, and because of the Christmas song I bought 2 of them. Now I'd like to taste them, but I don't know if I have to somehow roast them first or not. I don't have an open fire either.
