I have a niece who is on a vegan diet and she has stopped menstruating. I told her that it was her vegan diet and that she needed to see a doctor. She has also become very anemic. Is the damage she is doing to her body irreversible?

I Brought a slow cooker a couple years ago the problem is i did lost the box without writing down the size of the slow cooker. I finally got a measuring cup and filled it with water to see how many quarts it was. It held 8 cups of water which is 2 quarts.
Unfortunatly the majority of recipies that are out there are for 4 even worse 6 quarts. Where can i go to reliably convert recipeis for larger slow cookers or find a place where there is recipies for 2 quart slow cookers redily available?

I often eat shrimps with this red sauce at Las Vegas buffets. Sometimes the back of the shrimps are cut. There is no black stuff and it is easier to peel the shrimps. When they are not cut, there is like a black stripe. It is liquid and has no taste. Can you eat this? What is this black stuff? Is it shrimp poop?

Im starting to think he is an alcoholic and i have for awhile now.
He is a great guy and i love him so much. Bu t i hate when he gets drunk he becomes to friendly and annoying he embarreses himself. He drinks everyday after work and even thou it may very from 2 drinks to 6 drinks a night he says he doesnt drink to get drunk but drinks cause he likes the taste and it quenches his thirst after a hard days work.
Then on weekends he will buy a carton 24beers and drink them all (he gets a carton every weekend). He will drink to extent as well cause he drinks so fast and he gets really drunk and i hate it.
Can anyone relate or give me some advise.

im sick of takeaways, but im always too tired to prepare,cook and then clean up afterwards. Im really dying for some healthy food tho...any ideas? i eat fish,chicken, rice ,pasta etc...just no red meat or shellfish.
