Tea! Teas can be made out of a large variety of leaves, roots, barks, stems, herbs, seeds, pods, shells, berries and spices, so there is endless variety. Coffee is just made from...well, coffee beans - how boring!
You can do more with tea than just sip it. You can used it to dye your hair, for instance. What can you do with coffee other than give yourself an enema with it. Oh, yeah, you can consume it from your other end, if you are so inclined.
Tea comes in all sorts of deep or delicate shades. Coffee is just brown, unless you add dairy/non-dairy and then, guess what, it's still brown!
There are elegant and age old tea ceremonies. Never heard of an elaborate, dignified coffee ceremony!
I think tea growers command better prices for their tea than coffee growers get for their coffee.
Tea and sympathy. Tea and crumpets. Tea sandwiches. Tea length summer dresses. Tea roses. Tea Time. High Tea. Afternoon Tea. A decent cup of Tea. Teacakes. Ugh! Coffee and a cigarette?? Coffee and a donut?? Cigarette ashes flicked in coffee cups??? Come on, what's more elegant?
Tea, of course!

Pros and cons:
both have caffeine or can be decaffeinated
teas are very calming to stomach aches- so they have a medicinal property especially the herbal teas- even get rid of headaches.
But nothing can beat coffee- the varieties and now that lattes and capuccinos and frappacinos it's the "in" thing to drink- maybe they should try doing that to tea?

I like really strong coffee first thing in the morning and after meals. It's also nice to relax with a hot cup of Earl Grey. (For some reason if I drink regular pekoe tea hot, it makes me feel sick to my stomach.)
