If you are asking which are the best Indian wines, then there are not a lot of choices. Modern winemaking in India is too recently established for a track record to be determined -- there is constant improvement, experimentation and trialling of new growing areas and, of course, every year the existing vines gain maturity and produce better wines.

I think Chateau Indage produce some good wines from both indigenous varieties and imported vines, and wines from Sula are also reliable.

If you are in India then you are lucky to be able to taste the full range of what is available and take part in this exciting new wine country.

I have only tasted Indian wines at trade tastings
