I live in europe I have a small after class potluck party in my language school.I am planning to make tuna cutlets (made with tuna and mashed potato) in the morning. I start from home by 8.00 and the party starts at 11. There is no way I can reheat the cutlets. Will it be safe and good enough to give? Is it appropriate to take cutlets where everyone are expected to bring some small snack? Thanks

It should be put in a refrigerator and re-heated. I think you could something simpler, like cheese and crackers.

That doesn't sound to appetizing to eat matter of fact just stick to something basic like everyone else suggested like crackers and cheese or maybe something that would still be good without the need to be warmed

Have you eaten these cold before? If so, then go for it, but I would make sure that they are well chilled, kept chilled (transport and keep them in an ice cooler) and perhaps have a seafood sauce available for dipping. Sounds yummy - you should post the recipe.

Enjoy!

they will be cold and if you think they will taste fine cold why not. tuna should be safe at least and people might just like something different like that
