okay... lets see... Im tired of drinking all whiskeys, vodka, flavored vodka, mixed vodka,, like OJ, koolaid n vodka, and so on.... fruity stuff like smirnoffs n such,.. umm, Im tired of drinking beers, and things like strawberry daquiri's,,, im tired of jello shots, buttery nipples, and hot damn. I wanna drink this weekend... wat should I get?

Okay. I am making 2 easy Philly cream cheese cakes (mint choc chip). Due to high demand, can I cook 2 at a time? Do I have to extend the baking time? Do I have to use two different racks and switch them or can I set them side by side?

As an italian family my grandmother cooks the big pasta meals and you drink wine with your meal. But i need to know what is a good brand to buy?? (His favorite wine is merlo!) I'm thinking of making quiche now and freezing it for when my guests arrive after Christmas. But will the crust get soggy if I pour the filling in and then freeze it? Would I thaw it before baking?
If I bake it first and then freeze, it seems to me the texture of the egg would be a bit rubbery if I then reheated it.
I know there are frozen quiches in the stores, so obviously it can be done, but who knows what preservatives they use.
Has anybody done this?
