I can't quite get what ur up to but I guess you have to look at the envelope and package just the same to help you in your cooking; theymight help you in the information of the ingredients or the portions of what you will cook.

In some cases, an envelope is the package. In others, the envelope is inside a package with other things.

it should be. usually an envelope is enclosed in the package except for like gravy or dip or dressing
