I’m not a bad cook just ask my family, I can cook just about anything, but every time I try to make an omelet they will tear up or turn into scrambled egg Surprise .what the heck am I doing wrong? I have good nonstick pans, and it doesn’t matter if they are just cheese omelets our stuffed with a lot of meat and veggies. Someone please teach me how ok?

why is it that during the holidays which should be spent with friends and family do people need to drink to excess just to enjoy them selves? a booze free christmas would be more fun for the children and family instead of getting up christmas morn with a hang over. besides its not even christmas yet and i have been stoped 8 time at roadside checks. the world must be drinking too much booze. When I was a kid, all the large salt shaker refills, had both the current metal spout for pouring, and a plastic shaker spout. This way the salt shaker refill container, could also be used as a salt shaker. It has been at least 2 decades since I have seen the plastic shaker spout on any of these refill containers. Does anybody know why they were removed?

I used to work in a restaurant and they had this manual french fry cutter that looked like a can crusher mounted to the wall. You put the potato in and hold the bowl underneath, pull the lever down and the french fries fall into the bowl. Anyone know what those are called? I want to buy one.
