I'd like to make a trail mix that has some chocolate in it. Not just a mix of chex and chocolate chips, something a little more exotic.

In work and somebody is becoming a veggie after newyear. we are racking our brains trying to think of what special diet it is when people won't eat fruit or veg unless it has fallen from a tree or has come to the end of 'its life' same as they will only eat animals that died naturally?? any ideas?

my sugar cookie recipe calls for salt...yet im out and cant get to the store before i need to make the cookies..do i really need the salt? why does the salt matter anyway?

send me some new ideas for breakfast... she is fed up with the following....eggs, cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, pancakes....anything that is the tipical everyday easy breakfast stuff. I just ate half a cupsize bottle of chocolate nutella and it tasted so good but i wonder if i will gain weight from these.I never eat it everyday though but i was just wondering.And i ate a huge bowl of home-made popcorn too.
