Jalfrezi. It's fairly hot (not unpleasantly so) and sort of spicy / fruity. It's easy to make. Just get a few chicken breasts, cut into chunks and add to a jar of Loyd Grossman Jalfrezi Sauce. I've tried them all and that one's by far the best. Follow the cooking instructions on the jar - dead easy!. Have it with rice or chips. If you want easy, then oven chips (place on tray in oven) or microwave rice - simple. Bon appetit!

It depends on the food you are having. For example, if you are having spring hoppers, than chicken curry is the best. If its beriyani rice or just plain rice, mutton curry is the best. My favourite is fish curry which taste the best when you have it with white bread.

No such thing as a curry. If you mean spiced food from India then you have to realise that India is a big country and the food differs from region to region. You can also get hot, spicy food in Thailand and, which might be a surprise, Szechuan (China) food is hot. Personal favourite is Jingha Korma, prawns in a spicy coconut sauce.

I like thai curry. Spicy, but so flavorful. There are so many kinds of thai curry, but most of them cooked with coconut milk. Having it with rice, noodles or pasta, is all good!!

vegtable curry made with potatoes, broad beans, peas and some fine beans and courgette and eggplant with spices onion garlic and ginger and some sieved tomotoe. It is healthy and filling and light and makes you feel good about yourself although I have seen Peters lamb curry by Jamie Oliver and that looks rather nice.
