they dont last that long in my house!

make sure you store them in an air tight container, or they may get stale and chewy.

Absolutely. I had one that held up a liquor store and a Seven Eleven on the same night. The cops found it drunk in a ditch on Highway 7 in Wichita and I live in Amarillo.
