that is not too sweet but doesn't have a huge alcohol taste in it. Is there anything that you would suggest? What are the ingredients so that I can buy them for this weekend?

this one is an easy recipe for strawberry daquiris.

Buy a frozen can of Baqardi Strawberry daquiris in the freezer section of the grocery store next to frozen cans of OJ and other juice.

Blend up with lots of ice, add rum to taste and you can cut up some fresh strawberries and throw them in too.

This one is great tasting and better looking. For 2 servings (You'll want more after that)

8 oz fresh orange juice (if its squeezed its much better)
8 oz cranberry juice (Can also use Pomegranate)
4 oz vodka (Recommend Grey Goose, if not - Finlandia or Absolute)
Ice

In a blender, chop the ice together with the OJ and 2 oz of the vodka (You sure must have company so get your two glasses and pour 4oz in each)
Then repeat the step with the cranberry juice. Garnish it with lime, better if you squeeze some on the drink. Can also garnish with cherry.

You are going to enjoy it!

Strawberry Short Cake. Its easy. three ingredients, and none of them have a strong alochol taste.
Amaretto
Buttershots
and strawberry ice cream

You can really make it with just amaretto and strawberry ice cream but the buttershots gives it an extra creamy flavor.

You might even want to put whipped cream on top.

Just mix it all in a blender and enjoy

margaritas: sour mix, triple sec, and tequila. Put in a blender with ice and blend on high until the ice is ground up to a snowy consistency, salt the rim of the glass with bartenders salt.
frozen daiquiris: rum, sour mix, ice. and same as above (but leave out the salted rim) Also can add your favorite fruit (strawberries, peaches, or banana) or buy raspberry syrup etc.

Well the easiest is a frozenstrawberry daquiri. A pack of frozen strawberries, sugar, ice cubes, (or the daquiri powder), and a bottle of clear Barcardi rum. For those that don't do alcohol, omit the rum.
